Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the Dough:
Blend cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese until a thick, sticky dough forms.
Shape Breadsticks:
Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into 8 breadstick-sized strips.
Bake:
Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
Serve:
Let cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara, garlic butter, or your favorite dip.
