Description
This sugar-free keto condensed milk is rich, creamy, and made with just three simple ingredients—perfect for low-carb desserts and coffee.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons salted butter (preferably organic)
2 cups 35% heavy whipping cream
½ cup powdered keto sweetener (such as allulose or erythritol)
Instructions
Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add the butter and sweetener, stirring until fully combined.
Slowly whisk in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a soft rolling boil.
Reduce heat to low-medium and simmer, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens into a smooth, silky texture (about 15 minutes).
Remove from heat, pour into a glass jar, and let cool. Use immediately or refrigerate.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, replace the heavy cream with coconut cream and omit the butter.
For added flavor, stir in 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract while simmering.
The mixture will thicken more as it cools. If solidified, reheat gently in a warm water bath.
