Description

These delicious peanut butter Cheerio bars are quick to make with just three ingredients, perfect for a healthy snack or an on-the-go treat.


Ingredients

3 cups Cheerios

¾ cup peanut butter

½ cup honey


Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or foil.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter and honey, stirring continuously until smooth and combined.

Remove from heat, stir in Cheerios until evenly coated.

Press mixture firmly into prepared pan using spatula or back of a spoon.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour until set.

Slice into bars and serve. Store leftovers in fridge up to 1 week.
