Description
Crispy, golden, and packed with garlicky parmesan flavor, these air fryer potatoes are the perfect easy side dish or snack.
Ingredients
1½ lbs baby potatoes or small Yukon Gold potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp dried Italian seasoning (optional)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Add Parmesan cheese and mix until potatoes are evenly coated.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place potatoes in a single layer in the basket (cook in batches if necessary).
Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until potatoes are golden and crispy.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, add 1 tbsp of cornstarch when tossing the potatoes.
Use fresh grated Parmesan for best results.
Great with dipping sauces like garlic aioli or ranch.
