Ingredients
4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese or a squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Spread the broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until broccoli is crisp-tender with crispy edges.
Serve immediately, topped with Parmesan or lemon juice if desired.
