Description
Crispy, tender, and packed with flavor, these air fryer garlic rosemary carrots make a fast and healthy side dish ready in just 25 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb carrots
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prep Carrots:
Peel the carrots and quarter them lengthwise into evenly sized sticks.
Season:
Place carrots in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss until the carrots are fully coated.
Air Fry:
Arrange carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to cook in batches for best results).
Set air fryer to 400°F and cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway through, until carrots are golden and tender with crispy edges.
Serve:
Remove from air fryer and serve hot. Garnish with extra rosemary if desired.
Notes
Cut carrots evenly to ensure they cook uniformly.
For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
You can substitute dried rosemary (use 1 tsp) if fresh isn’t available.
These pair well with chicken, salmon, or holiday roasts.
