Ingredients
For the Salmon Bites:
1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges (for serving)
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced or grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh dill or parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Season Salmon: In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Air Fry: Arrange salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Make Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt (or sour cream), mayo, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon, salt, and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
Serve: Drizzle sauce over salmon bites or serve on the side for dipping. Garnish with lemon wedges and herbs, if desired.
Notes
For extra crispiness, lightly coat salmon in panko before air frying.
You can use skin-on salmon if preferred—just air fry skin-side down.
Sauce can be made ahead and stored in the fridge up to 3 days.
Great served over rice, salad, or in wraps.
