½ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Neutral oil or cooking spray (for air fryer or skillet)
Instructions

Air fryer: Lightly spray with oil and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes, turning halfway.
Skillet: Lightly oil or butter a skillet and pan fry until all sides are golden.
Coat: While warm, dip cubes in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
Serve: Serve warm on their own or with dipping sauces like chocolate, caramel, or whipped cream.
Notes
Best enjoyed immediately for crisp texture.
Add nutmeg or vanilla extract to cinnamon-sugar for extra flavor.
For crunch, top with chopped pecans, walnuts, or almonds.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days; reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture.
