Description

A light, creamy dessert salad with banana pudding, pineapple, strawberries, and marshmallows. Perfect for potlucks, BBQs, and family gatherings.


Ingredients

1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix

1 (40 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

1 (8 oz) container whipped topping

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup strawberries, diced

2 bananas, sliced

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Maraschino cherries, for topping


Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the instant banana pudding mix with the entire can of crushed pineapple and its juice until fully combined.

Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.

Stir in mini marshmallows, diced strawberries, sliced bananas, chocolate chips, and nuts if using.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.

Before serving, top with maraschino cherries. Optional: drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Notes

Add banana slices and cherries just before serving for best freshness.

For extra texture, swap nuts with crushed Oreos or try adding blueberries or raspberries.

Lighten it up with sugar-free pudding mix and light whipped topping.

Serve as a dessert dip with graham crackers, pretzels, or vanilla wafers.
