Description

A rich and creamy ice cream shake packed with banana, chocolate, strawberry, and pineapple—just like the classic banana split in drink form.

Ingredients

4 large scoops vanilla ice cream

1 ripe banana

½ cup frozen strawberries or 23 tablespoons strawberry jam

½ cup crushed pineapple (with juice)

¼ cup chocolate syrup (plus more for drizzling)

½ cup milk (adjust for desired thickness)

Whipped cream, for topping

Maraschino cherries or fresh strawberries, for garnish

Chopped peanuts or other nuts (optional)

Instructions

In a blender, combine ice cream, banana, strawberries (or jam), pineapple with juice, chocolate syrup, and milk.

Blend on high until smooth and thick. Add more milk if needed to adjust consistency.

Drizzle chocolate syrup inside serving glasses for a decorative swirl.

Pour the milkshake into glasses.

Top with whipped cream, a cherry or fresh strawberry, and a sprinkle of chopped nuts, if desired.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Frozen bananas make the shake thicker—perfect for skipping ice.

Strawberry jam offers a smoother texture and sweeter flavor than frozen fruit.

For a decorative chocolate swirl, chill the glass after adding syrup before pouring the shake.

Add a splash of vanilla extract or a tablespoon of cream for extra richness.

For a boozy twist, add a shot of rum or amaretto.
