Ingredients
For the Salmon:
Salmon fillets, cut into bite-size pieces
Extra virgin olive oil
Paprika
Garlic powder
Kosher salt
Black pepper
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
Mayonnaise
Thai sweet chili sauce
Sriracha
Honey
Optional: chopped chives or green onions for garnish
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
Toss salmon cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
In a bowl, whisk together mayo, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey. Reserve half the sauce for drizzling.
Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 4–6 minutes per side (total ~8–10 minutes) until crispy and 140–145°F inside.
Transfer salmon to a plate. Drizzle with reserved sauce and garnish with chopped chives or green onions. Serve warm.
Notes
Oven method: Bake salmon at 400°F for ~16 minutes, flipping halfway.
Light version: Use part Greek yogurt in place of mayo.
Fish swap: Cod or halibut also work great.
Serving ideas: Serve in tacos, lettuce wraps, rice bowls, or with pickled cucumbers.
Adjust spice: Add more or less sriracha to taste.
