Description

Golden, buttery garlic bread meets gooey melted mozzarella and cheddar for the ultimate grilled cheese upgrade. Quick, easy, and totally irresistible.

Ingredients

Garlic Butter

2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

½ tbsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried parsley

Sandwich Assembly

4 slices sandwich bread

1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix softened butter with garlic powder and parsley until smooth.

Butter the Bread: Spread garlic butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.

Assemble Sandwiches: Place two bread slices buttered side down. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top. Cover with remaining slices, buttered side up.

Cook the Sandwiches: Heat a large sauté pan over low heat. Cook sandwiches for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is fully melted.

Serve Hot: Remove from skillet and serve immediately for the best gooey texture.

Notes

Cook on low heat to avoid burning the bread before the cheese melts.

Try adding extras like sliced tomatoes, caramelized onions, or fresh basil for variety.

Best served immediately while hot and melty.
