This crispy, melty grilled cheese burrito wraps creamy cheese and optional toppings in a golden tortilla—perfect for a quick comfort food fix.
Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp butter
Optional: cooked bacon bits, sliced avocado, pico de gallo, jalapeños
Instructions
Mix Filling: Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl.
Prepare Cheese Mix: Combine cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
Assemble Burritos: Spread creamy mixture on each tortilla, top with cheese and optional add-ins. Roll tightly.
Grill Burritos: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Butter outside of burritos and grill each side for 3–4 minutes until golden and melty.
Serve: Let rest briefly, slice, and top with salsa, guac, or sour cream if desired.
