Description

Mini cheeseburger sliders baked to perfection—complete with melted cheddar, pickles, and soft rolls for the ultimate party snack.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

½ tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

24 mini slider rolls or dinner rolls

24 small cheddar cheese squares

24 dill pickle slices

2 Tbsp butter, melted

Optional: 2 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Mix beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 24 balls and flatten.

Bake patties for 12–15 minutes until cooked. Top with cheese slices and return to oven to melt.

Slice rolls, brush with butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Assemble: layer beef patty and pickle slice on each roll bottom, then top with roll top.

Serve warm as a party snack or appetizer.

Notes

Use American or pepper jack cheese for variation.

Add Thousand Island dressing for a true Big Mac twist.

Patties can be grilled for extra flavor.

Reheat in the oven for best texture.
