Description

All the flavor of a classic Big Mac in a fast, handheld wrap! These easy wraps are packed with seasoned beef, pickles, cheese, and special sauce—perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Ground Beef Mixture:

1 pound ground beef

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Wrap Ingredients:

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced pickles

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

1/4 cup diced onion

1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing (or burger sauce)

4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.

Warm Tortillas: Gently heat the tortillas in a pan or microwave to make them flexible for rolling.

Assemble the Wraps:

Lay out a tortilla and spoon a portion of the cooked beef onto the center.

Top with shredded cheddar, pickles, lettuce, diced onion, and a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing.

Roll It Up: Fold the sides in and roll tightly into a wrap.

Optional – Crisp the Wrap: For extra texture, sear the wrap in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.

Serve: Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

Low-carb option: Swap flour tortillas with low-carb wraps or large lettuce leaves.

Customize: Add sliced tomatoes, jalapeños, or extra cheese to taste.

Meal prep: Cook beef in advance and store in the fridge for up to 3 days for quick assembly.
