This blueberry grilled cheese with brie is a sweet and savory twist on the classic. Creamy brie, juicy blueberries, and golden sourdough come together in a warm, gourmet sandwich.
Ingredients
4 slices sourdough bread
4 oz brie cheese, sliced
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2 tsp honey (optional)
2 tbsp butter, softened
Fresh thyme leaves (optional garnish)
Instructions
Butter one side of each sourdough slice.
On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer brie, blueberries, honey (if using), and thyme.
Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
Heat a skillet over medium. Grill sandwiches 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
