Description
A sweet, savory, and spicy flatbread topped with juicy blueberries, creamy feta, and a drizzle of hot honey—perfect for appetizers or light meals.
Ingredients
1 flatbread or naan (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
1–2 tbsp hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
Optional toppings: fresh basil, arugula, or crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme or rosemary.
Top with blueberries and crumbled feta.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until flatbread is golden and feta is slightly melted.
Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with hot honey.
Garnish with fresh basil, arugula, or red pepper flakes if desired. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Make your own hot honey by combining 1/4 cup honey with 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes and gently warming it.
Great as an appetizer, lunch, or even a unique brunch item.
Can be made with goat cheese instead of feta for a creamier texture.
