Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained well
2 green onions, finely sliced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Mix in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Fold in shredded cheddar, pepper jack cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes.
Add sliced green onions and fresh herbs. Stir gently to combine.
Chill for at least 30 minutes for the best flavor—or serve right away.
