Description
This brownie cheesecake layers rich chocolate brownie, creamy vanilla cheesecake, and swirls of cookie dough for an indulgent dessert that’s every bit as decadent as it sounds.
Ingredients
1 box brownie mix (prepared as per package instructions)
1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
2 cups cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease or line a 9-inch springform pan.
Prepare brownie batter and spread evenly in the pan.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.
Pour cheesecake mixture over brownie layer and smooth the top.
Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top and lightly swirl.
Bake for 45 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
Cool completely, then chill in fridge for at least 3 hours before slicing.
Notes
Use peanut butter or chocolate chip cookie dough for variation.
Drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
Sprinkle chopped nuts or mini chips on top for added texture.
Best served chilled; freezing is possible for up to 1 month.
