Description
Turn a box of brownie mix into rich, chewy cookies in just 15 minutes—easy, fudgy, and perfect for quick chocolate cravings.
Ingredients
1 box brownie mix (18–19 oz)
2 large eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour until a thick dough forms.
Stir in chocolate chips, if using.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place on the baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are set and centers are soft.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Flavor swaps: Use flavored brownie mixes (e.g. caramel, peanut butter) for variations.
Add-ins: Try chopped nuts, different chips (white, dark, peanut butter), or a drizzle of melted chocolate on top.
Shape control: Chill the dough 10–15 minutes before baking to prevent spreading.
