Ingredients
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
½ cup Buffalo wing sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup ranch dressing
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 green onions, sliced
Optional:
Chopped celery
Extra ranch or blue cheese for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
Toss shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce.
In a bowl, whisk cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
Fold the Buffalo chicken into the cream mixture.
Spread evenly into the dish and top with cheddar and mozzarella.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with green onions. Serve warm with celery sticks and dressing if desired.
