Description

This spicy buffalo chicken lasagna layers tender chicken, creamy cheeses, and bold buffalo sauce for a comforting, cheesy game day favorite.


Ingredients

9 lasagna noodles

3 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup buffalo wing sauce

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until smooth.

Spread a thin layer of the buffalo chicken mixture in the bottom of the prepared dish.

Place 3 lasagna noodles over the mixture. Add another layer of buffalo chicken filling and sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Repeat layers of noodles, filling, and cheese until all ingredients are used, finishing with a thick layer of cheese on top.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let rest for 10 minutes, then garnish with green onions and parsley before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a milder version, reduce the buffalo sauce or choose a medium variety.

Blue cheese dressing can replace ranch dressing for a stronger flavor.

Add chopped celery or cooked bacon to the filling for added texture.
