These bold buffalo cottage cheese celery sticks are the perfect high-protein, low-carb snack or game-day appetizer—creamy, spicy, and crunchy.
Ingredients
6 large celery stalks, trimmed and cut into 3-inch sticks (≈ 12 sticks)
1 cup (225 g) small-curd cottage cheese (2 % or 4 %)
2–3 Tbsp buffalo hot sauce (to taste)
2 Tbsp finely chopped green onions, plus extra for garnish
1–2 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese (optional)
⅛ tsp garlic powder
Pinch kosher salt, to taste
Pinch freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Make Filling – In a small bowl, whisk cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and light orange.
Add Mix-ins – Fold in chopped green onions and blue-cheese crumbles (if using).
Stuff Celery – Spoon or pipe buffalo cottage-cheese mixture into celery channels, packing snugly so every bite is loaded.
Serve – Arrange filled sticks on a platter, sprinkle with extra green onion, and enjoy immediately.
