Description

Juicy sirloin steak cubes seared and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce with Cajun spice — a quick, bold-flavored dinner or appetizer.

Ingredients

1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear steak bites in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Return steak to the pan and toss in the garlic butter until fully coated.

Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Swap sirloin for ribeye or strip steak for a richer bite.

For extra spice, increase Cajun seasoning or add cayenne.

A dash of smoked paprika adds a smoky twist.

Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables to make it a full meal.

Use fresh garlic for best flavor, but garlic powder works in a pinch.
