These cheddar ranch chicken burgers are packed with cheesy goodness and seasoned with ranch for a quick, flavorful dinner everyone will love.
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
4 burger buns
Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, extra ranch dressing
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar, ranch seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
Form mixture into 4 equal patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat or preheat grill.
Cook patties 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F/74°C).
Toast buns if desired.
Assemble burgers with patties and toppings, drizzle with extra ranch dressing if you like. Serve immediately.
Notes
Swap cheddar for Monterey Jack or pepper jack for different flavor profiles.
Use gluten-free breadcrumbs or crackers to make gluten-free.
