Description

Flaky crescent dough rolled with buttery garlic, mozzarella, and Parmesan—baked golden and perfect as a snack, side, or party appetizer.

Ingredients

1 tube refrigerated crescent roll or pizza dough

2 tbsp melted butter

23 cloves fresh garlic, minced

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll dough into a rectangle on a flat surface. Brush with melted butter mixed with minced garlic.

Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan (if using).

Roll the dough tightly into a log, seam-side down. Slice into 1-inch rounds and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.

Brush tops with remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan or parsley.

Bake for 12–20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Seal the dough edges to prevent cheese leakage.

Use garlic powder if fresh garlic isn’t available.

For extra richness, layer in pepperoni, bacon, or sautéed spinach before rolling.
