Ingredients

8 oz spaghetti

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, not browned.

Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

Gradually whisk in parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and creamy.

Season with salt, pepper, and optional Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes.

Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss until fully coated.

Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
