Ingredients
For the Steak Bites:
1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
For the Creamy Linguine:
1 lb linguine pasta
6 tbsp butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine steak cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Heat 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half the steak cubes in a single layer. Sear for 3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Remove the steak from the skillet and repeat with the remaining 2 tbsp butter and remaining steak cubes. Set cooked steak bites aside.
Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt 6 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and Romano cheese.
Stir until cheese is fully melted and sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the creamy cheese sauce.
Divide the creamy linguine among plates and top with the warm garlic steak bites. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, finish the steak bites with a pat of garlic butter before serving.
Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste if you prefer less heat.
Substitute fettuccine or spaghetti if linguine is not available.
Great with a side of roasted veggies or garlic bread.
