Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup almond flour (or finely ground oats)
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup maple syrup or agave
Optional toppings:
Melted dark chocolate
Mint drizzle (e.g., peppermint extract mixed with chocolate or icing)
Mini chocolate chips (for mixing in or topping)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour (or ground oats), cocoa powder, and salt.
Pour in maple syrup or agave and stir until mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
Press the mixture evenly into a lined 9×9-inch baking pan.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
