Ingredients
For the Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
½ cup butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Topping:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into 8×8-inch dish and chill.
Make Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy. Spread over chilled crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Add Chocolate Topping: Melt chocolate chips and butter until smooth. Spread over cheesecake layer. Chill for 1–2 more hours until set.
Serve: Slice into 9–12 bars and serve chilled.
Notes
