These no-bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Haystacks are crunchy, sweet, and ready in minutes! Made with chow mein noodles, peanut butter, and a drizzle of chocolate—perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or late-night cravings.
Ingredients
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4 cups chow mein noodles
1 cup salted peanuts
Instructions
Line a baking tray with wax paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave using the same method. Stir until smooth.
Add chow mein noodles and salted peanuts to the peanut butter mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared tray.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of each haystack.
Let them cool and set at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Once firm, enjoy or store in an airtight container.
