Description

This simple, no-cook chicken salad blends tender chicken, crisp celery, and red onion in a creamy Dijon mayo dressing—ideal for sandwiches or lettuce wraps.


Ingredients

Cooked chicken breast, finely chopped

Light mayonnaise

Celery, chopped

Red onion, diced (or substitute scallions or chives)

Dijon mustard

Seasoned salt

Black pepper, to taste

Optional: Chicken broth (to adjust consistency)


Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the chopped chicken, celery, and red onion.

In a separate bowl, whisk together light mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, seasoned salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and mix until evenly coated.

If needed, add a splash of chicken broth to adjust the consistency.
