Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup toffee bits
1 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment or lightly grease.
Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips, toffee bits, and shredded coconut.
Spread dough evenly in the pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
Cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
For added flavor, use white chocolate or peanut butter chips.
