Description
These fun, bright blue cookies are stuffed with chocolate chips, Oreos, crispy cookie chunks, and a melty chocolate center—just like the TikTok trend but even better!
Ingredients
Cookie Dough:
1 cup butter (room temperature, not too soft)
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Blue food coloring (gel recommended)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup white chocolate chips
¾ cup chopped Oreos (about 10 Oreos)
¾ cup chopped crispy chocolate chip cookies (e.g., Famous Amos, mini Chips Ahoy)
¾ cup milk chocolate discs or chopped milk chocolate bar
Topping:
Extra semisweet chocolate chips
Extra white chocolate chips
Extra chopped Oreos
Extra chopped crispy chocolate chip cookies
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease baking sheets.
Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together for 1 minute.
Add eggs and vanilla. Cream for 3 minutes until light, fluffy, and pale in color.
Mix in blue food coloring until desired shade is reached.
Add salt, baking powder, and flour. Mix just until no flour streaks remain—do not overmix.
Fold in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, chopped Oreos, and chopped crispy cookies.
If dough is very soft, refrigerate for 30 minutes to prevent excessive spreading.
Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough, flatten slightly, and place 2–3 chocolate discs or chunks in the center. Wrap dough around chocolate, then top with another 2 tablespoons of dough.
Press a bit of each topping (chocolate chips, Oreos, cookies) onto each dough ball.
Bake 10–12 minutes. Leave space for cookies to spread.
Cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Best crispy cookies for mix-ins: Famous Amos is best, followed by mini Chips Ahoy. Full-sized Chips Ahoy are a bit too soft, but still work.
For a brighter color, use gel food coloring.
You can customize these with your favorite chocolate or cookie mix-ins.
Stuffing chocolate in the center gives a gooey, molten center — don’t skip it!
