Description

Taco night meets pizza night in this cheesy, crunchy fusion topped with seasoned meat, fresh veggies, tortilla chips, and a ranch drizzle.


Ingredients

1 frozen cheese pizza (e.g., Home Run Inn brand)

1/2 pound ground beef or ground turkey

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips

1/4 cup ranch dressing

Optional Toppings:

Sliced jalapeños

Sliced green onions

Diced avocado

Olive oil spray (optional for crisping crust)


Instructions

Preheat oven according to frozen pizza package instructions (typically 425°F / 220°C).

In a skillet, brown ground beef or turkey over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.

Remove frozen pizza from packaging and place on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

Spread taco meat evenly over the frozen pizza, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Bake as directed on the package (about 15–18 minutes), until crust is golden and cheese is melted.

Remove from oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes.
