Description

Easy baked cottage cheese chips made with simple ingredients and your choice of seasonings. A high-protein, low-carb snack that’s perfect for keto and gluten-free diets.


Ingredients

1 cup whole milk cottage cheese (4% milkfat, small curd preferred)

Optional seasonings: everything bagel seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, chili flakes, etc.


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Drain cottage cheese in a fine mesh strainer to remove excess liquid.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.

Flatten each scoop to about ¼ inch thick using the back of a spoon.

Sprinkle your desired seasonings over each chip.

Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until golden around the edges and set in the center.

Cool on the baking sheet for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Cheesy Boost: Mix in a tablespoon of shredded Parmesan or cheddar for added richness.

Herby Flavor: Stir in dried rosemary, thyme, or basil for an herbed twist.

Spicy Version: Add cayenne or chili flakes to the cottage cheese before baking.
