Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (preferably small curd, well-drained)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully mixed.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Flatten each with the back of a spoon to form round chips.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until edges are golden and crispy.
Remove from oven and cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to crisp up further.
