Ingredients
24 mini phyllo shells
8 ounces brie cheese (rind on), cut into 24 small cubes
1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons chopped roasted pecans
1 teaspoon fresh orange zest
Pinch kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
Place one cube of brie into each phyllo shell.
Top each with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.

Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with honey.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans, orange zest, and a tiny pinch of salt.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Make-Ahead Tip: Assemble phyllo cups up to 1 day in advance and refrigerate; bake just before serving.
Nut Swap: Substitute pistachios for pecans for a colorful green touch.
Serving Idea: Arrange around rosemary sprigs on a platter for a festive “wreath” look.
