Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef or turkey
2 bags cole slaw mix
4 green onions, chopped
3 tsp minced garlic
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp ground ginger
Optional: 1 packet Splenda (or sweetener of choice)
Instructions
Brown the ground beef or turkey in a large pan until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
In a separate pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add soy sauce, green onions, and garlic; stir-fry until fragrant.
Add cole slaw mix, red pepper flakes, and ground ginger. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
Add the browned meat to the vegetable mixture and stir until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning with additional soy sauce or Splenda if desired.
Notes
Use turkey for a leaner option.
Add more red pepper flakes for extra heat.
