Description

This creamy Parmesan bowtie pasta features tender ground beef, garlic, and a rich broth-based sauce—ready in just 30 minutes for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

3 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 cups beef broth

8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant.

Add the butter and stir until it melts completely.

Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Add the uncooked bowtie pasta.

Reduce the heat to a simmer, cover the pan, and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.

Off the heat, stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra veggies and flavor.

Swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.

A splash of heavy cream makes the sauce even richer.

Add crushed red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.

Use chicken broth for a lighter, more delicate sauce.
