Description
A golden, high-protein pizza crust made with just eggs and cottage cheese! Gluten-free, easy to make, and perfect for loading up with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1 tsp olive oil (for greasing)
¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
½ tsp dried oregano (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper and lightly grease with olive oil.
In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese and eggs until completely smooth.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared pan and spread into a thin, even circle or rectangle.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano if using.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the crust is golden, firm, and crispy around the edges.
Remove from oven, add desired toppings, and return to bake for another 5–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Make ahead: Bake the crust, cool completely, then refrigerate or freeze until ready to top and bake.
For extra crispiness, bake on a preheated pizza stone.
