Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 Tbsp olive oil
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Wooden skewers (soaked in water 30 min)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken cubes and toss to coat evenly.
Thread chicken onto soaked skewers.
Arrange skewers in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked to 165°F (74°C).
Serve hot with dipping sauces like ranch, garlic aioli, or marinara.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for juicier bites.
Swap herbs with Italian seasoning or add chili flakes for heat.
Skewers can be omitted for easier serving.
