Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (drained)
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup almond flour
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
1 egg (beaten)
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil spray (for greasing)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix cottage cheese, parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Shape into small balls or patties.
Dip each in beaten egg to coat.
Place on baking sheet and spray lightly with olive oil.
Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Cool slightly and serve with dipping sauce of choice.
