Description

These slow cooker cheeseburgers are rich, creamy, and perfect for game day or casual family dinners. A cheesy beef filling that melts perfectly into toasted buns—comfort food made easy!

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Sauce & Cheese:

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

½ cup ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

8 oz Velveeta or American cheese, cubed

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

For Serving:

Toasted hamburger buns

Instructions

Brown the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onion. Break the meat into crumbles as it cooks. Drain excess grease.

Add to Crockpot:
Transfer beef mixture to the slow cooker. Stir in garlic powder, salt, black pepper, mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.

Add Cheese:
Place cubed Velveeta and shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Slow Cook:
Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and mixture is creamy.

Serve:
Spoon the cheesy beef mixture onto toasted buns and serve warm.

Notes

Serve as sandwiches, a dip with tortilla chips, or spooned over baked potatoes.

Add jalapeños, hot sauce, or pepper jack cheese for a spicy version.

Can be made ahead and kept warm in the slow cooker for parties.
