Description
A rich and hearty one-pot dinner made with tender beef stew meat, buttery baby potatoes, and savory garlic. Just toss everything in the crockpot and enjoy bold flavor with zero hassle!
Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat
1½ pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
5 tablespoons butter, cut into pads
Instructions
Layer in Crockpot: Place the beef stew meat on one side of the crockpot and the baby potatoes on the other side.
Season: Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt evenly over the beef and potatoes.
Toss & Separate: Lightly toss the beef to coat it in seasoning, keeping it separate from the potatoes.
Add Garlic & Butter: Sprinkle chopped garlic on top of the beef and potatoes. Place butter pads evenly across the top.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, until beef is tender and potatoes are soft.
Serve: Spoon the garlic butter sauce from the bottom over the beef and potatoes. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra flavor kick, add a dash of smoked paprika to the beef before cooking.
Toss in green beans or carrots during the last hour of cooking for added veggies.
