Ingredients
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
1 cup sour cream
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 sleeve buttery crackers, crushed (like Ritz)
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix Filling: In a large bowl, stir together the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Assemble: Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
Top & Cheese: Sprinkle crushed crackers over the top, then add the remaining ½ cup of cheese.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
