Ingredients
For the Cookie Base:
1 package sugar cookie mix (1 lb 1.5 oz)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 large egg
For the Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup chopped strawberries
For the Topping:
3 cups assorted fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 13-inch pizza pan.
In a medium bowl, mix sugar cookie mix, melted butter, and egg until a soft dough forms.
Press dough evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 10–15 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely (about 45 minutes).
Once cooled, cut the cookie into an egg shape using a butter knife or pizza cutter.
In a blender or food processor, blend cream cheese, strawberries, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread the strawberry frosting evenly over the cooled cookie base.
Decorate with assorted fruits in a festive pattern.
