This creamy, spiced Apple Butter Pie is the perfect cozy dessert for fall and holidays—no blind baking required!
Ingredients
1½ cups apple butter
12 ounces evaporated milk
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground allspice
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together apple butter, evaporated milk, and eggs until smooth.
Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and allspice; mix until fully combined.
Pour filling into the unbaked pie shell and spread evenly.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F, then reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35–40 minutes until center is set.
Let the pie cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
Add a pinch of nutmeg or cloves for extra spice.
A graham cracker crust offers a sweeter, crunchier variation.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
