Description

This creamy, spiced Apple Butter Pie is the perfect cozy dessert for fall and holidays—no blind baking required!

Ingredients

1½ cups apple butter

12 ounces evaporated milk

¾ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon ground allspice

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a mixing bowl, whisk together apple butter, evaporated milk, and eggs until smooth.

Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and allspice; mix until fully combined.

Pour filling into the unbaked pie shell and spread evenly.

Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F, then reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35–40 minutes until center is set.

Let the pie cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

Add a pinch of nutmeg or cloves for extra spice.

A graham cracker crust offers a sweeter, crunchier variation.

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.

No blind baking is required for the crust.

Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
