Ingredients

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

8 oz softened cream cheese

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 count)

2 tablespoons melted butter

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Assemble Rolls: Separate crescent dough into triangles. Add a spoonful of filling to the wide end and roll tightly.

Bake: Place rolls on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.

Cook: Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

Great way to use leftover or rotisserie chicken.

Make ahead and refrigerate rolls before baking.

Try with different cheeses like pepper jack or gouda.
