Description

Juicy and flavorful, these easy sirloin steak tips are marinated in a savory garlic-herb blend and quickly seared for the perfect dinner.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak tips, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Salt, to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Marinate Steak: In a bowl or resealable bag, mix olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Add steak tips and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

Heat Skillet: Preheat a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.

Sear Steak Tips: Add steak tips in a single layer (in batches if needed) and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.

Rest and Serve: Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra caramelization, pat steak tips dry before searing.

Delicious with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or over rice.

Swap soy sauce with tamari for a gluten-free version.

Use a meat thermometer: 130°F (medium-rare), 140°F (medium), 150°F (medium-well).
